Gloria has been successfully marketing and selling real estate since 1995 and during that time has won numerous awards for real estate excellence, testimony to her dedication and hard work. Having lived in Taupo most of her life she has unparalleled knowledge of the area and local market.

Gloria believes that purchasing and selling a home is one of the most stressful things a person can do, so making the sale and purchase as stress-free as possible is her aim.  Making sure everybody involved in a real estate transaction has as little stress as possible is always the best outcome. The client is always the number one priority in real estate.

Continuing education and training has always been a part of Gloria’s life and has recently completed the New Zealand Diploma in Business and is also a Licensed Agent with REA 2008.

Gloria is a Trustee on several successful land Trusts in the Taupo and Bay of Plenty area. The Trusts administer farms, commercial shops and developments on behalf of the owners.

Gloria is excited to start her own firm of Taupo Real Estate and is proud to have a team that has the same high level of integrity and professionalism that she strives for.
